Using Supplements & Oils during Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum (Based off the class taught by Dr. Cindy Haggerton)
Hydration is a big step in maintaining a healthy pregnancy! Drink plenty of liquids throughout your entire pregnancy and while you are nursing.
Before taking an oil internally, smell it to prevent adverse effects. Next, try applying the oil to the skin with a carrier oil. 1 tsp of carrier oil for every 1 drop of oil.
Drink plenty of Ningxia Red throughout pregnancy and have on hand for labor and nursing
Preterm labor - examine emotional needs and endocrine system support Constant stress plays a role in labor and delivery. Use Endoflex on the neck, lower back and base of ribs for stress support. Can be used throughout entire pregnancy. Nutmeg, myrtle, myrrh and cedarwood can also be used for adrenal support.
Magnesium should be taken during pregnancy for circulatory support. SuperCal provides calcium and magnesium.
Avoid Jazmine before birth, but is helpful for placenta release
